Women’s Ministries endeavors to create an atmosphere where women can realize spiritual maturity and fellowship. Through various activities, women can develop their unique ministry and minister in their community. We realize that there are no large or small ministries in God’s eyes. We are required to do what He has called us to do. With this is mind, we participate in many activities that do service for our Lord. Although some of these activities include public speaking, teaching, and even preaching, we also participate in many “helps” ministries. These include service projects that may involve sewing and crafting, making and serving dinners for church functions and bereavement dinners, and, of course, making our regionally-famous peanut brittle once a year. In the midst of these activities, women are encouraged to be committed to teaching the younger women, as outlined in Titus 2:4, so we can continue to serve God in the coming generations.
